Terms of sale

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern the supply of quote requests ("leads") by LeadsPulse, a service published by DuoHorizon SRL, to the professionals who order them. They apply exclusively to business-to-business relationships.

1. Definitions

  • Lead: a homeowner's quote request, collected through our forms, including their contact details and project information.
  • Pack: a prepaid batch of at least 10 leads in a given trade, at a unit price set when ordering. LeadsPulse may also offer a few trial leads, free or at a reduced price.
  • Balance: the amount paid for a Pack, reduced by the price of each lead delivered and increased by the price of each lead whose claim is accepted. It is shown in the Client Area, in euros and in number of leads.
  • Exclusive lead: a lead sent to a single professional, except when taken back under article 5.
  • Shared lead: a lead sent to at most two professionals.
  • Client area: the online interface where the Client receives and follows up on leads.
  • Client: the professional ordering a Pack.

2. Orders and prices

Each order is based on an offer stating the trade, target area, option (exclusive or shared), number of leads and unit price. The order is binding once the offer is accepted or the invoice is paid.

Prices exclude VAT. Packs are paid in advance, upon invoice. Lead delivery starts once payment is received.

3. Lead delivery

Leads are delivered as they are generated, until the Pack is complete. Each lead is made available in the Client area and notified by email.

The delivery time given when ordering is an estimate: it depends on local demand and is not a guaranteed result.

The target area is respected as closely as possible, with a reasonable tolerance (same province or about 20 km around the agreed area). A lead within this tolerance is deemed compliant.

The Balance is not refundable. If a Pack cannot be completed within 90 days of payment, the Client may choose to extend delivery, or to move their Balance to another trade or area. The only exception: if LeadsPulse stops providing the service, the remaining Balance is refunded to the Client.

4. Quality and claims

Each lead goes through automatic checks (number format, duplicates, disqualifying answers) before being sent.

The Client has 72 hours after receiving a lead to report it from the Client area, for one of the following reasons: wrong or non-existent number, duplicate of a lead already received, person who never made a request, or lead completely outside the agreed area and its tolerance.

The following do not qualify for a claim: a prospect unreachable after a single call, no longer interested, finding the price too high, or who already signed with a competitor.

After review, an accepted claim credits the price of the lead back to the Client's Balance, so the Client receives a new lead instead. It does not give rise to a refund. LeadsPulse may refuse abusive or repeatedly unfounded claims.

5. Prospect not contacted

If a prospect says they have not been contacted, LeadsPulse may report it to the Client, by email and in their Client space. The Client then states whether they will contact the prospect or give them up.

If the Client gives the prospect up, does not answer within 24 hours of the report, or does not contact the prospect within 24 hours of committing to do so, LeadsPulse may take the lead back and pass it on to another professional, including when it is an exclusive lead.

A lead taken back still counts in the Client's Pack: it gives rise neither to a credit on the Balance nor to a refund.

6. Client obligations

  • Contact prospects within a reasonable time, courteously and professionally.
  • Use lead data only to answer the prospect's quote request.
  • Not resell, transfer, share or rent leads, nor use them for marketing unrelated to the request.
  • Comply with the GDPR for the data received, for which the Client becomes an independent controller, and answer prospects exercising their rights.
  • Keep Client area credentials confidential.

7. Liability

LeadsPulse has an obligation of means. It guarantees neither the number of signed contracts nor the revenue the Client will make from the leads.

LeadsPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Pack concerned. LeadsPulse cannot be held liable for indirect damage (lost revenue, loss of opportunity, etc.).

8. Suspension

In the event of a serious breach by the Client (in particular reselling leads, use contrary to the GDPR or abusive claims), LeadsPulse may suspend delivery and access to the Client area, without refunding leads already delivered.

9. Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy. From the moment a lead is received, the Client processes the prospect's data under its own responsibility.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
