Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains how we process the personal data of homeowners who request a quote through the "Les Bons Travaux" forms (on Facebook and Instagram), of professionals who ask for a pack through the leadspulse.be website, and of professionals who use the LeadsPulse platform.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

LeadsPulse and Les Bons Travaux are services operated by DuoHorizon SRL, the controller of your data.

Registered office: Rue Saint-Paul 75B, 4840 Welkenraedt, Belgique — company number 1016.554.951.

For any question about your data: contact@leadspulse.be.

2. What data do we collect?

If you request a quote through a Les Bons Travaux form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, postal code and town, and your answers about your project (type of work, timeline, whether you own the property…).

If you are a professional asking for a pack through the leadspulse.be form: your company name, your name, email address and phone number, your trade, your area of activity, your preferences (plan, start date) and any message you add.

If you are a professional using LeadsPulse: your company's and users' contact details, your login credentials, and the information you enter while following up on requests (status, notes, signed contract amounts).

3. Why do we use your data?

  • To forward your quote request to one or more partner professionals (at most two) working in the relevant trade and area, so they can contact you. Legal basis: your request, i.e. pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative.
  • To send you a text message confirming your request and telling you which professional will contact you. Legal basis: handling your request.
  • To check request quality (valid phone number, duplicates, non-genuine requests) so that only reliable requests are forwarded. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
  • To answer professionals who ask for a pack through the website and make them an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at their request.
  • To manage professionals' accounts, deliver purchased requests, handle claims and produce their statistics. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • To measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work with professionals, using the Meta pixel, only if you accept it in the website's cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives your data?

Your contact details and project information are only forwarded to the partner professionals selected for your request (at most two). They use them to prepare a quote, under their own responsibility.

We also rely on technical providers who process data on our behalf: Meta (Facebook and Instagram forms, and the Meta pixel if you accept it), Supabase (database hosted in the European Union), Netlify (platform hosting), Resend (emails) and Twilio (text messages and phone number checks). Where some of them process data outside the European Union, these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

We do not sell your data. The data of homeowners requesting a quote is never used for targeted advertising.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Quote requests are kept for 24 months after they are received, then deleted or anonymised.

Pack requests sent through the website are kept for 24 months if they don't lead to a contract, then deleted.

Professional account data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

At any time you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Write to us at contact@leadspulse.be: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (sign-in, language, cookie choice) and, only with your consent, the Meta pixel. Details are in our cookie policy.

8. Security

Data is stored in the European Union, transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), and only accessible to the people who need it: each professional only sees the requests forwarded to them.
